Size Guide

The right size is the most important decision you'll make when buying a helmet. Too loose and it won't protect you properly. Too tight and you'll have a headache before you leave the driveway. Here's how to get it right in 60 seconds.

How to Measure Your Head

  • Grab a flexible measuring tape (or a piece of string + ruler).
  • Wrap it around the widest part of your head — about 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows.
  • Keep the tape level all the way around — don't tilt it.
  • Note the measurement in centimeters.
  • Match it to the chart below.

Pro Tips

  • When in doubt, go smaller. Helmets break in and loosen slightly over the first few weeks.
  • Snug, not painful. A properly fitted helmet should feel snug with no pressure points. The cheek pads should press firmly without causing pain.
  • No movement. Shake your head side to side. The helmet should move with you, not independently.
  • First-time buyers. If this is your first real helmet, it will feel tighter than you expect. That's normal. Give it 2–3 rides before deciding it's too small.
