Refund Policy

At Edge Helmets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.


Return Window

Our policy allows a 30-day window from the delivery date for all orders to be returned for a full refund or exchange. This applies to orders shipped within the continental United States.

Some exclusions apply — see below.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your helmet must be:

  • In brand new, unused condition
  • In its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and protective materials included
  • Free of any signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused after delivery

Items showing signs of use, road wear, or missing original packaging will be returned to sender.


How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our service department at support@edgehelmetsus.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA#) number.
  • Ship the item back in its original packaging with the RA# clearly marked on the outside of the box.
  • Do not ship returns without an RA# — unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refund Processing

Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item and determine the condition. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the item arrives at our facility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


Exchanges

If you need a different size, contact us at info@edgehelmetsus.com with your order number. We will guide you through the exchange process. Your first size exchange ships free.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective helmet, contact us within 96 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund. We may request photos of the damage. Please retain the damaged item and original packaging until the issue is resolved.

No additional charges apply for replacements of items damaged during shipping or with manufacturing defects.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before processing begins. Contact us as soon as possible to check your order status. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Helmets that have been worn, dropped, or involved in any impact
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned without a valid RA# number
