Shipping Policy
At Edge Helmets, we want to get your helmet to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Domestic Shipping (Continental US)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
- Orders are processed and shipped from our Florida warehouse.
- Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
We recommend registering with FedEx Delivery Manager for additional package control and delivery preferences. You may also provide a phone number at checkout to receive shipment updates via text.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
International Shipping
At this time, EDGE Helmets US ships only within the continental United States. For international inquiries, please contact us at support@edgehelmetsus.com.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories. Contact us for availability.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@edgehelmetsus.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
